Webinar: The hexABC project & MDDB

This webinar session, titled “The hexABC project & MDDB”, will feature Federica Battistini from IRB Barcelona, who will present the hexABC project, a DNA conformational study involving molecular dynamic simulations of 20-mer sequences over the sub-millisecond timescale and more of 200 TB of data. This project aims to investigate the effects of next-to-nearest neighbor interactions, covering all 2080 unique hexanucleotide combinations. Performing such simulations has been a major effort for the 13 groups involved, characterizing the properties of the 2080 unique hexamers of DNA.
