The recording of our third webinar is now available online!The session was introduced by Adam Hospital (IRB Barcelona), who welcomed attendees, introduced the speaker, and facilitated the Q&A discussion. Our guest speaker, Federica Battistini from IRB Barcelona, presented the hexABC project, a DNA conformational study involving molecular dynamic simulations of 20-mer sequences over the sub-millisecond timescale and more of 200 TB of data.

During the webinar, the important role of MDDB in the hexABC project was highlighted as well as the challenges of managing large-scale MD studies and the logistical difficulties of transferring huge datasets between partners.
